賞豚之旅:
航行2個多小時,沿途有鳥類與企鵝和一些列入保育的動物....可惜距離太遠沒能看的 很清楚. 春天是Dolphins出沒頻繁的季節,可惜只看到2隻,而且很快就消失了.... Hector's dolphin 是世界上罕見也是最小的海豚之一，僅存於紐西蘭水域。在Akaroa還開放了與海豚一 起遊泳的旅遊項目.這需要心臟夠力,因為海水可是冷冰冰的........

偌大的展覽館訪客卻不多,但它卻是看飛機的好場所.
博物館裡頭除了收藏大量退役戰機和現代噴射機外 ,儀器、雷達，飛行員的生活與執行任務的紀錄過程......飛機的理論和歷史(可惜看不懂,只能走馬看花)。
另外，博物館也有導覽團帶領遊客參觀飛機復修庫，讓遊客更了解這些退役的老戰機如何得以保留下來。Holiday時還有更多針對小朋友的活動,我覺得很棒!可惜知道的太晚......

Botanic Gardens -- Big Day Out

這天是全校師生外出郊遊的日子，早上行程是到Town Hall聽音樂會，其中有 14個座位給來幫忙的家長。我本想報名但是聽不懂英文，於是兒子自己跑去問老師，老師也說ok，但後來因為名額已額滿而作罷。
下午他們會到Botanic Gardens植物園，我打算直接到那去找他們。中午十二點半..........
偌大的Botanic Gardens 要找人也不是件容易的事，逛了30分鐘都不見他們的蹤影，於是我判斷他們可能落腳之處後就先坐下來填飽自己的肚子,不久，終於聽到一群孩子吱吱喳喳從遠處傳來.這有遊戲區,是我判斷地點的憑據........
吃完午餐後是分組,每一小組一張表格，任務是尋找第一個英文字母相同的植物名字，這兒子很少幫上忙,只能像隻小松鼠跳上跳下,但也開心的不得了!
兩點十五分Botanic Gardens門口集合......
回學校後，展示他的戰利品（撿到的！）不讓我扔，只好洗一洗給他玩.真是夠寶的!

Good-bye Mona Vale
我們喜愛的公園之一,這是第5次,因不確定未來的一個月是否會再來,這次告別意味濃厚.........
Mona Vale內的Avon River 有Howard的朋友EEL.每回總提醒我要帶"伴手",Howard憂傷的告訴EEL將回台灣的事實......
此時園內正值春天,百花盛開.......牡丹正大力放送著,還有整株滿滿的杜鵑花,這時的玫瑰花也蠢蠢欲動了,憶起第一次來時玫瑰花盛開的情景,是離別的時候了............
